WKF型微孔过滤机是以高分子聚乙烯烧结滤芯或者金属烧结滤芯作为过滤介质，溶液经前期处理后，含悬浮物的废水、废气通过介质，对0.1微米以上的固体颗粒得到有效截留，从而达到去除悬浮物的目的。快捷的气体反吹下渣同时再生过滤管，密闭过滤安全生产，无气体外溢。特殊设计的密封圈，实现了大口径气动排渣底盖的快速闭起，封盖拆卸无需起重装置，清理、维护更加方便快捷。

WKF型微孔过滤机为适应各种物料的特性，设计符合工况要求的滤芯，主要有A-PEA粉末烧结滤芯、B-S31603粉末烧结滤芯、T-钛材粉末烧结滤芯、WC-5层叠加烧结滤芯、PF-四氟粉末烧结滤芯RS-绕丝管滤芯等五种。“万博”研制的微孔滤芯符合GMP要求，未使用粘合剂，无毒、无味、无异物。A-PEA滤芯耐酸碱和多种溶剂，PE滤芯耐温80度，PA滤芯耐温110度，其他金属滤芯耐高温。
