BSF型板式密闭过滤机是由壳体、过滤网板、起盖机构、自动排渣装置等组成。助滤剂在混合缸中与物料混合后，通过输泵在滤网片上形成饼层，一旦达到稳定的滤饼层后，细小的助滤料颗粒可提供无数的细微通道，困住悬浮的杂物，但也容许清澈的液体通过，不会有所堵塞，这样物料就通过滤饼层进行实际过滤。过滤网板是由多层不锈钢网组成，安装在中心集料管上，装拆清理十分方便。

BSF plate type closed filter is composed of shell, screen plate, cappingmechanism and automatic slag discharge device. After the filter aid is mixed withthe material in the mixing cylinder, the cake layer is formed on the filter screenthrough the pump. Once the stable cake layer is reached, the fine filter aidparticles can provide numerous micro-channels to help the suspended debris, butalso allow the clear liquid to pass through without blocking, so that the materialis actually filtered through the cake layer. The filter plate is composed of multi-layer stainless steel mesh, which is installed on the central aggregate pipe. It is very convenient to assemble, disassemble and clean.
